FIND YOUR BALANCE. FIND YOUR CENTER.
We believe well being involves finding balance in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Balancing the highs and lows of life can be a challenge and everyone needs support and guidance from time to time. The Center For Well Being has been helping individuals improve their mental health for more than eleven years. Let us help you find your balance.
Our style is comfortable but not complacent. Open but not passive. Direct and real. We are authentic and honest; and believe that people often resist change until they are challenged. We welcome you to sit with us, grab a blanket on our couch, and get down to work. Let’s get busy transforming you, your children, your family.
There are times you know exactly what you need in life and from a therapist. You want coaching about a colleague at work, a problem with your spouse, or you have experienced a recent trauma. Other times things are more ambiguous. Or maybe you or a family member are feeling down and not sure how to make a shift. Regardless of what initiated the reach out, there is a readiness to make a change and you are looking for someone to help in a collaborative way.
We know that you are unique and have demands that require flexibility in location, schedule, and style. Let’s talk about how to make therapy work in a different and creative way.
